Data retention and export

How long Meridian keeps your data and how to get it out.

Tickets and attachments are retained for the life of the account plus 30 days. Exports are produced as JSON or CSV and delivered as a signed download link valid for one hour.

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days and cover backups on the following backup rotation.
