Terms of service

These terms govern use of Meridian Desk, last updated 12 March 2026.

The agreement

These terms form a contract between Meridian Desk B.V. and the organisation named on the order form. Where an organisation has signed a separate master agreement, that agreement takes precedence.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity of accounts in your workspace and for keeping credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to store unlawful content, to send unsolicited bulk mail, or to attempt to interfere with the service or the data of other customers.

Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance per period. Seat changes are prorated to the day. Invoices are payable within 30 days.

Availability

We target 99.9 per cent monthly availability, measured as described on our status page. Service credits are the sole remedy for missed targets.

Termination

Either party may terminate at the end of a subscription period with 30 days notice. On termination we make your data available for export for 30 days.
