What we collect

Account details you give us (name, work email, telephone number, time zone), the content of support requests you send, and technical records of your use of the service such as sign-in times and IP addresses.

Why we hold it

To operate the service under our contract with your organisation, to meet legal obligations including tax and accounting records, and for the legitimate interest of keeping the service secure and working.

Where it lives

Customer data for European accounts is stored in the European Union. Backups are held in the same region and retained for 35 days.

How long we keep it

For the life of the account plus 30 days. Billing records are held for seven years as required by Dutch law.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of your personal data. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Sub-processors

We use a small number of sub-processors for hosting, email delivery and error reporting. The current list is available on request and we give 30 days notice of changes.
