Forward a support address into Meridian in about five minutes.

Create the forwarding rule on your mail provider first, then verify it in Meridian under Channels. Verification sends a probe message and waits for it to arrive.

If verification times out, the usual cause is a mail rule that rewrites the envelope sender. Meridian matches on the envelope, not the header.
