Slack integration

Post ticket events into a Slack channel and reply from Slack.

Install the Meridian app from the Slack directory, then choose which events post into which channel. Replies typed in a thread are posted back onto the ticket as public replies unless the thread is marked internal.

Rate limits apply: Slack accepts at most one post per second per channel, and Meridian batches beyond that.
