Webhooks overview

Subscribe to ticket lifecycle events over HTTP.

Webhooks deliver a JSON body with the event name, the ticket id and a signature header. Verify the signature before trusting the payload.

Delivery is retried with exponential backoff for 24 hours. A endpoint returning any 2xx is treated as delivered.
